Secure provision of the Ottobock Website

Ottobock provides users with the opportunity to contact its clinics regarding select prosthetic and orthotic devices. Online request forms allow you to send us information to contact you regarding your request.

When you submit a Product Interest Form, we collect and process the following data:

All efforts are made to only collect mandatory data, which are absolutely necessary to answer your request.

If you submit a product interest request, we shall process your data for the duration of the handling of your request and, if applicable shall be maintained in accordance with the state and federal laws applicable to medical record retention for orthotic and prosthetic providers.
